Massage Shiatsu
Shiatsu in Japanese means pressure with the fingers. However, it uses a variety of different techniques that include the known stable pressures, stretching, mobilisation of the joints and massages.
They are applied with the palms, the fingers, the thumbs , the forearms, the elbows, the knees and the soles. It is applied with the person receiving it, wearing comfortable clothes that cover the whole body and lying on the floor on a special “Futon”mat . Its aim is to secure maximum well-being affecting the body, mind and spirit.
